Application Information
Apply CLASSFLEKS 2K in at least two coats. Adhere strictly to the curing time between coats. After the first coat application is completed by applying continuously in the same
direction, apply the second coat perpendicular (crosswise) to the first. When applied across very wide spans,
joints of suitable width may be left to prevent cracking, and the formed joints can be sealed with flexible mastics.
On surfaces with a risk of cracking, CLASS Reinforcement Mesh can be embedded between the two coats. Chamfering must be carried out at horizontal-to-vertical
and vertical-to-vertical junctions. A suitable CLASS Chamfer Tape can be applied over them.
Consumption
Approximately 2–4 kg/m² for a 1 mm thickness.
It may vary depending on surface conditions, voids, etc.
