Class BT-920 – Bitumen-Rubber and Cement-Based Two-Component Waterproofing Material

CLASS BT-920

It is a two-component, fast-curing, polymer-modified, bitumen-rubber-based liquid waterproofing material. Adhering perfectly to the applied surface, it forms a highly elastic and durable film layer that is resistant to water and moisture, and possesses crack-bridging capabilities. Complies with TS EN 15814+A2 standards.

Application Information

CLASS BT-920 must be consumed within 60 minutes after preparation. The main coat is applied over the dried primer surface. The entire application must be executed in at least 2 coats. If the application is carried out with a brush, coats must be applied perpendicular to each other. Both application and surface temperatures must be between +5°C and +35°C. The applied material must be protected from severe weather conditions for a minimum of 24 hours. CLASS BT-920 must be applied from the positive water pressure side. After the material has fully cured, the foundation backfill must be performed while protecting the coating against impacts during backfilling with drainage boards and thermal insulation boards.
