Application Information

CLASS MAKİNA EL 100 cement-based hand plaster should be applied at a minimum thickness of 8-10 mm. The application thickness must be between 1-2.5 cm in a single coat. If the thickness exceeds 2.5 cm, the second coat application should be carried out after the first coat has fully set (1 day later). The second coat application should have a maximum thickness of 2.5 cm. Special aluminum profiles should be used for a smooth plaster application. Corner profiles should be used to prevent corner chipping. Machine plaster sprayed in horizontal strips must be leveled with dedicated aluminum screed profiles. After the plaster has hardened sufficiently, the surface should be floated. The surface application is finished with the help of a damp sponge.
