Application Information

CLASS MAKİNA EL 300 cement-based hand plaster should be applied at a minimum thickness of 8–10 mm. The application thickness must be between 1–2.5 cm in a single coat. If the thickness exceeds 2.5 cm, the second coat application should be carried out after the first coat has fully set (after 1 day). The second coat application must have a maximum thickness of 2.5 cm. Dedicated aluminum profiles should be used for a uniform plaster application. Corner bead profiles should be used to prevent corner breakage. The machine plaster sprayed in horizontal strips must be screeded using special aluminum screed profiles. After the plaster has hardened sufficiently, the surface should be floated with a trowel. The surface finish is completed with the aid of a damp sponge. The plaster becomes ready for decorative plaster and/or paint after 7 days.
