Class Makina SRP – Cement-Based Key Coat / Spatterdash

CLASS MAKİNA SRP

CLASS MAKİNA SRP is a pre-spray spatterdash material used to enhance adhesion strength prior to the application of cement-based plasters.

Description

Application Areas

  • Indoors
  • Exposed concrete, aerated concrete, brick, pumice,
  • Applied to concrete, cinder block wall, and ceiling surfaces.

Application Information

CLASS MAKİNA SRP cement-based pre-spray material must be applied at a minimum thickness of 8-10 mm. The application thickness in a single coat should be between 1-2.5 cm. If the thickness exceeds 2.5 cm, the second coat must be applied after the first coat has fully cured (1 day later). The second coat application must have a maximum thickness of 2.5 cm. Dedicated aluminum profiles should be used for a smooth plaster application. Corner bead profiles should be used to prevent edge chipping. The machine plaster sprayed in horizontal strips must be screeded using dedicated aluminum screed profiles. After the plaster has hardened sufficiently, the surface should be floated. The surface finishing is completed using a damp sponge. The plaster becomes ready for decorative plaster and/or paint after 7 days.

Consumption

Depending on the surface structure, approximately 14–15 kg/m² for a 1 cm thickness
