CLASS PUR-810
It is a two-component, polyurea-based, high-strength liquid waterproofing material. Together with the excellent adhesion it provides to different surfaces, it forms a durable insulation layer. It provides high mechanical and chemical resistance. It is cold-applied and cures by reacting with moisture in the air. Its tensile, tear, and abrasion resistance is high. With its permanently elastic structure, it has a superior crack-bridging capability.
Description
Application Areas
- Used on gypsum-cement boards, tiles/ceramics with a suitable primer.
- Used in stadium grandstands.
- Used as the main waterproofing membrane in waterproofing systems for bathrooms, roofs, lightweight roofs made of metal or fiber cement, asphalt membranes, and parking lots.
Application Information
CLASS PUR-810 can be applied with a roller, fine-notched trowel, spray machine, or brush. The first coat is applied homogeneously to the surface using the selected method. After a max. of 3–4 hours, the second coat is applied using the same method. The time between coats must not exceed max. 24 hours. If the interval between coats exceeds 24 hours, the first coat surface must be sanded. The material must be protected against water, rain, external factors, and mechanical impact until it completes its curing. It should be taken into account that waiting times may be shorter in hot weather and longer in cold weather.
Consumption
1.80–2.50 kg/m² in two coats (Consumption may vary depending on the substrate structure.)
Packaging
25 + 1.5 kg Tin
