The prepared surface must be primed with CLASS EPX-110. On highly absorbent concrete surfaces, two coats of primer may be required. The application thickness must be a minimum of 1.5 mm. It is essential to ensure that the material is applied evenly across the entire application area and to verify optimal application by measuring the thickness at regular intervals. Weak spots should be reviewed, and all operations such as touch-ups and repairs must be completed within 4 hours. Protection of the applied surfaces (against water, dew, dust, etc.) must be observed for at least 24 hours. In areas permanently exposed to UV, topcoating with a single layer of aliphatic-based PU topcoat delivers excellent results.
