Class PUX-730 – Single-Component UV-Resistant Polyurethane

CLASS PUX-730

It is a single-component, polyurethane-based, UV-resistant liquid waterproofing membrane. It creates a durable waterproofing layer with excellent adhesion to various substrates. It exhibits high tensile, tear, and abrasion resistance. Thanks to its permanently elastic structure, it features superior crack-bridging capabilities.

Application Areas

  • Roofs and terraces,
  • Insulation of roof valleys and rain gutters,
  • Waterproofing of areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, and balconies (under-tile),
  • Repairs of existing applied polyurea,
  • Lightweight roofs made of metal and fibrous materials,
  • Used with an appropriate primer selected for concrete, wood, and metal surfaces.

Application Information

CLASS PUX-730 can be applied using a roller, notched trowel, spray machine, or brush. The first coat is applied homogeneously onto the surface using the selected method. After approximately 12 hours, the second coat is applied using the same method. The recoating interval must not exceed a maximum of 24 hours. If the recoating interval exceeds 24 hours, the surface of the first coat must be sanded. The material must be protected against water, rain, external environmental factors, and mechanical impact until it is fully cured. It should be taken into account that waiting times may be shorter in hot weather and longer in cold weather.
