Class PUX-750 – Two-Component Solvent-Free Polyurethane Waterproofing Material

CLASS PUX-750

It is a two-component, polyurethane-based, permanently elastic, solvent-free waterproofing material with high UV resistance, applicable to surfaces such as concrete, wood, metal, etc.

Description

Application Areas

  • In indoor and outdoor spaces
  • In drinking water reservoirs
  • In foundations and retaining walls,
  • In terrace, roof, and balcony applications,
  • In roof gutters, prefabricated concrete streams and channels,
  • In wet areas,
  • It can be used on various surfaces such as concrete, plaster, screed, wood, metal, and sheet metal.

Application Information

New concrete surfaces or dusty surfaces with low adhesion must be primed with polyurethane-based CLASS PUX-510 prior to application. The curing time for the primed surface is 24 hours. The material, mixed and homogenized using a low-speed mixer or drill, is applied to the primed surfaces with a fine notched trowel, flat trowel, short-pile roller, brush, or suitable spraying equipment. Application should be carried out in at least two, preferably three coats. Before applying the second coat, an intercoat waiting time of approximately 8 hours should be observed, depending on ambient temperature. In extremely hot weather, this waiting time may be shorter, whereas in extremely cold weather, it may be extended. If ceramic tiling is to be applied subsequently, a thin coat of CLASS PUX-750 should be applied after the final cure is complete, and dry, sieved sand should be broadcast while the coat is still fresh and wet.
