Class Remiks 10 – Coarse Repair Mortar

CLASS REMİKS 10

CLASS Remiks 10 is a fiber-reinforced, single-component, cement-based, polymer-modified, high-performance fine repair mortar developed for repairing areas requiring fine corrections on surfaces such as walls, ready-mix concrete, and exposed concrete, providing practical and easy application.

Description

Application Areas

  • In interior and exterior areas of all structures
  • On fair-faced concrete and cement-based plasters
  • In impermeable and high-strength concrete repairs on walls and ceilings
  • In aesthetic repairs of concrete structures
  • To obtain a smooth substrate prior to granite and ceramic applications
  • In the repair of edges and corners
  • Used in reinforced concrete buildings and structures on surfaces such as aerated concrete, exposed concrete, precast concrete, cinder block, etc.

Application Information

CLASS Remiks 10, once prepared for use, should be applied homogeneously in an equal thickness across the entire application surface using a steel trowel. After it begins to dry, surface corrections should be made using a plastic trowel.

If multi-layer application is required, a waiting period of 3 hours between coats must be observed. The surface must be properly moistened before applying the next coat. The mixture should be stirred periodically to prevent skinning.

Consumption

Total 1.5–2 kg/m² for a 1 mm thickness (Varies depending on surface depth and roughness.)
