Class Remiks 15 – Structural Repair Mortar

CLASS REMİKS 15

CLASS Remiks 15 is a cement-based, high-strength, polymer- and fiber-reinforced, waterproof structural repair mortar with high single-coat application thickness, ideal for concrete repairs with its high initial and final strength.

Description

Application Areas

  • In tie-rod holes and core cavities, in the repair of tie rods
  • In chamfering applications at horizontal-vertical and vertical-vertical junctions prior to waterproofing
  • In interior and exterior areas of all structures
  • In exposed concrete repairs
  • In protecting concrete against sulfate and chlorine effects
  • In the repair and maintenance of marine structures
  • In the repair of surfaces exposed to light and medium traffic loads requiring special coatings
  • In impermeable and high-strength concrete repairs on walls and ceilings
  • In the repair of edges and corners
  • Used horizontally and vertically.

Application Information

Once prepared for use, CLASS Remiks 15 must be applied homogeneously over the entire surface at an even thickness using a steel trowel. After it begins to set, surface smoothing should be performed with a plastic trowel or a damp sponge. If multi-coat application is required, allow 3 hours between coats. The surface must be thoroughly pre-dampened before proceeding with the next coat. The mixture should be agitated intermittently to prevent skinning. Prior to waterproofing, chamfering can be applied at floor-wall joints with a radius of 40 mm.
