Class Remiks 15C – Repair Mortar (Thixotropic)

CLASS REMİKS 15C

CLASS Remiks is a cement-based, high-strength, polymer and fiber-reinforced, impermeable, structural repair mortar featuring high application thickness in a single coat, ideal for concrete repairs with its high early and final strength, impermeable, and thixotropic.

Description

Application Areas

  • In tie-rod holes and core cavities, in the repair of tie rods
  • In chamfering applications at horizontal-vertical and vertical-vertical junctions prior to waterproofing
  • In interior and exterior areas of all structures
  • In exposed concrete repairs
  • In protecting concrete against sulfate and chlorine effects
  • In the repair and maintenance of marine structures
  • In the repair of surfaces exposed to light and medium traffic loads requiring special coatings
  • In impermeable and high-strength concrete repairs on walls and ceilings
  • In the repair of edges and corners
  • Used horizontally and vertically.

Application Information

Once prepared for use, CLASS Remiks must be applied uniformly to the application surface in an equal thickness using a steel trowel. After it begins to set, surface finishing should be carried out using a plastic trowel or a damp sponge. If multi-coat application is required, allow 3 hours between coats. The surface must be thoroughly moistened before applying the next coat. The mixture should be stirred periodically to prevent crusting. Chamfering with a radius of 40 mm can be applied at floor-to-wall junctions prior to waterproofing.

Consumption

A total of 1.9–2.3 kg/m² for 1 mm thickness (Varies depending on surface depth and roughness.)
