CLASS SBR
CLASS SBR is an acrylic-based, ready-to-use special additive developed to increase the chemical and mechanical strength of high-performance mortar and plaster, providing high adhesion, strength, water impermeability, and flexibility.
Description
Application Areas
- On horizontal and vertical surfaces indoors
- On horizontal and vertical surfaces outdoors
- In mortars, plasters, and screeds
- As a bonding agent in coatings and screeds to be applied over old concrete
- Used as an adhesion additive in mortars prepared for repair and bonding purposes.
Application Information
After shaking, the required amount of CLASS SBR must be added into the mixing water in a clean container and stirred until a homogeneous state is achieved. The mixing ratio with water varies between 1.1 kg and 1.4 kg depending on the surface condition. The prepared liquid mixture is added to the dry mix and mixed thoroughly using a low-speed mixer or drill until a homogeneous, lump-free consistency is obtained.
Consumption
If used with water: 1.1–1.4 kg/m² for 6 L of water (Varies depending on the absorbency and condition of the surface.)
If used directly, 6 kg/m² is used.
If used with Repair Mortar; 2.5 kg of water and 2.5 kg of YEYKİM Lateks TC 10 should be added to 25 kg of repair mortar.
