The product is supplied as a single-component, ready-to-use formulation. Applications during rainy or excessively hot weather conditions should be avoided. It should be applied during hours when direct exposure to sunlight is minimized as much as possible. Application must be carried out in ambient temperatures between 20–30ºC. The product must be stirred until a homogeneous dispersion is ensured. The mixing process should be performed using a low-speed mixer drill. CLASS ZEMİN should be applied in 2 coats by brush or spray onto a dry, moisture-free, clean surface that has been freed from all kinds of dust and foreign contaminants. Depending on surface absorbency, a consumption rate of 75–100 g/m² is recommended for the first coat, and a thicker layer of 150–200 g/m² for the second coat. An average waiting time of 3–4 hours is required between coats. Curing time may extend in areas with low ambient temperatures.
