CLASS EPX-120 is applied in one or two coats until the surface is saturated and a film is formed. If matte spots appear, an additional coat is required. The subsequent coat follows the previous one before it begins to dry. The number of coats varies from one surface to another depending on absorbency. If a textured surface is desired; while the applied material is still wet, specially graded silica sand is broadcast to cover the entire surface. After the material has fully cured, excess sand is removed using an industrial vacuum cleaner.

• CLASS EPX-120 can be applied homogeneously to the surface using a notched trowel or a short-pile roller, ensuring controlled material consumption.
• The material must be protected against water, rain, external ambient factors, and mechanical stress until it cures completely.
• It should be taken into account that curing/waiting times may shorten in hot weather and extend in cold weather.
