CLASS EPX-220 is applied at the desired thickness using a notched trowel or a special rubber roller. The prepared mixture is applied homogeneously to the pre-prepared surface using the selected method. Following the application of CLASS EPX-220, a spiked roller is applied to the self-levelling coating to prevent bubble formation and allow trapped air to escape. If a non-slip textured surface is desired; specially graded silica sand is broadcast across the entire surface while the applied material is still wet. After the material has fully cured, the excess sand is vacuumed with an industrial vacuum cleaner, and CLASS EPX-310 topcoat solvent-free epoxy paint should be applied to the surface.

• The material must be protected against water, rain, external ambient factors, and mechanical stress until it cures completely.
• It should be taken into account that curing/waiting times may shorten in hot weather and extend in cold weather.
