CLASS EPX-230 is applied at the desired thickness using a notched trowel or a special rubber squeegee/roller. The prepared mixture is applied homogeneously onto the pre-treated surface using the selected method. Following the application of CLASS EPX-230, a spiked roller is passed over the self-leveling coating to eliminate air bubbles and ensure their release. If a textured/anti-slip surface is desired, specialized silica sand is broadcast across the entire surface while the applied material is still wet. After the material has fully cured, the excess sand is swept away using an industrial vacuum, and a topcoat of CLASS EPX-220 or CLASS EPX-310 epoxy topcoat paint must be applied to the surface.

• The material must be protected against water, rain, external ambient factors, and mechanical stress until it cures completely.
• It should be taken into account that curing/waiting times may shorten in hot weather and extend in cold weather.
