CLASS EPX-410
It is a 2-component thixotropic, solvent-free epoxy resin mortar composed of hardener and special fillers, formulated for repair, anchoring, and fixing expansion joint tapes.
Description
Application Areas
- For bonding TPE-based tapes in expansion joint insulation,
- For fixing metal structural components to concrete building elements,
- For repairing defects and wide cracks in reinforced concrete structures,
- Used for rebar anchoring in concrete and stone structures.
Application Information
Applied with a spatula or trowel. Application thickness must be between 2 mm – 30 mm. To achieve surface smoothness, the epoxy mortar is smoothed with a trowel. Do not apply on wet surfaces.
- The material must be protected against water, rain, external ambient factors, and mechanical stress until it cures completely.
- It should be taken into account that curing/waiting times may shorten in hot weather and extend in cold weather.

Average 1.70 kg/m² for 1 mm thickness
