CLASS EPX-420
It is an epoxy-based, three-component, self-leveling, free-flowing grout mortar containing specially graded quartz aggregate.

Application Areas
- In heavy machinery installations,
- In machine foundations exposed to high dynamic loads,
- In high-strength repairs required on beams and bases of tower cranes,

- In repairs of airplane and helicopter runways,
- In fixing steel columns to foundations,
- In engineering structures such as subways, highways, tunnels, and dams,
- Used in repair projects, structures, and for the repair of wide cracks in slabs.
Application Information
Depending on weather conditions, it must be poured onto the application area within 5 minutes. In enclosed spaces on four sides, the mortar should be poured from above to ensure that trapped air is displaced upward from the bottom. It can also be applied with a spatula or trowel. The epoxy mortar is smoothed with a trowel to achieve surface uniformity. Do not apply on wet surfaces.
- The material must be protected against water, rain, external ambient factors, and mechanical stress until it cures completely.
- It should be taken into account that curing/waiting times may shorten in hot weather and extend in cold weather.

Average 2.10 kg/m² for 1 mm thickness
