CLASS EPX-430
It is a 3-component anchoring and casting mortar based on specially graded aggregate and high-strength epoxy resin.

Application Areas

- Used in the repair of wide cracks in structures and slabs.
Application Information
It should be allowed to rest for a short time to release entrained air. Then, the material is applied by pouring it into the pre-prepared open casting area. If necessary, a steel rod can be used to assist the flow of the grout. It must be poured in layers over large areas. Application thickness should be between 4 mm and 50 mm. Do not apply on wet surfaces. Formwork should not be stripped before 18–24 hours.
- The material must be protected against water, rain, external ambient factors, and mechanical stress until it cures completely.
- It should be taken into account that curing/waiting times may shorten in hot weather and extend in cold weather.

Average 2.00 kg/m² for 1 mm thickness
